Connect groups

We believe ‘the church’ is not a building, but a community of people living their lives together, growing in God. Sunday meetings are only one part of church life, and we all benefit from the day-to-day friendship, hospitality and mutual care that being part of a church community brings. While Grace City Church is based in Collaroy, we gather people from all over the Northern Beaches, and we meet together every week in connect groups across the area.

Connect groups include plenty of social times and meals together (a lot of eating takes place in this church!). There is also time to worship together, pray for each other and discuss and apply the Sunday preaching. Once a month, connect groups join together for worship and prayer.

We currently have connect groups meeting in Cromer/Collaroy, Forestville, Frenchs Forest, Manly, Narrabeen and Warriewood on Wednesday evenings, and in Beacon Hill, Collaroy, Forestville and Narraweena on Thursday evenings. We also have a Youth Connect group in Frenchs Forest, and a connect group for those in their 20s and 30s based in the Narrabeen area.
