Sunday services

What you can expect

Grace City Church meets on Collaroy Plateau on Sundays at 9.30am and 6.00pm (click here for address details). Our meetings usually last between 1.5 and 2 hours, and this includes worship, Bible teaching, ministry and refreshments.

On Sunday mornings our children stay with us for the first half of the worship time, and then go to their own activities, including teaching and worship, suited to each age group. We don't have a children’s programme at our Sunday evening meetings.

Every Sunday we want to encounter God, both through worshipping Him and through bible teaching. Something you may find different about our worship times is that we welcome and encourage gifts of the Holy Spirit from among the congregation as described in 1 Corinthians 14. We often follow our Bible teaching with ministry and prayer. We encourage baptism in the Holy Spirit, and often pray for people for physical and emotional healing.

Our meetings always conclude with refreshments and time for friendships, as we believe the church is not a building, but a community of people living their lives together, growing in God.
